二,、參賽對象

1,、國內(nèi)外專業(yè)服裝設(shè)計(jì)師（包括港澳臺地區(qū)）；

2,、國內(nèi)外服裝院校師生,；

3、服裝設(shè)計(jì)愛好者,。

II. QUALIFICATION

三,、參賽作品要求

1、本大賽以“匯聚·跨越”為主題,，作品要貼合大賽“創(chuàng)新,、時尚、實(shí)用”的宗旨,，體現(xiàn)2012或2013國際流行趨勢,，設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)新,，有商業(yè)價值和市場潛力，必須為女裝,，設(shè)計(jì)完整的系列化及服飾配套,，每個系列5套。

2,、作品必須是彩色效果圖（電子版）,，一個系列人物連畫在一張效果圖中，（規(guī)格：1050像素*800像素）,，并在左上方標(biāo)明作者及作品名稱,。格式須為JPG或GIF（平面圖片），可手繪或電腦制作,。

3,、須附工藝制作圖一張，尺寸與效果圖一致,，并標(biāo)明面料小樣,。

4、附加該參賽設(shè)計(jì)作品的整體設(shè)計(jì)思路一份,，格式為Word文本格式 ,，字?jǐn)?shù)不低于500字。

5,、參賽作品必須是本人原創(chuàng)作品,，每人一稿，稿件不得一稿多投和抄襲他人作品,，如發(fā)現(xiàn)即取消參賽權(quán),。

6、 所有參賽作品版權(quán)歸大賽組委會所有,，組委會有權(quán)宣傳,、出版、制作,、展示全部參賽作品,。

III. DEMANDS ON WORKS

1. The theme of this contest is “Assemble·Stride”. The works must be designed for the aim of “Creation, Fashion and Practicality” and to embody 2012/2013 latest fashion with notable innovation, commercial value and market potential. The range is women’s wear with complete series and accessories. Each series includes 5 suits.

2. The works must be colored drawings (E-version). A series of apparel drawn on drawing (1050*800pixel) with your name and works name written on left top. The picture format must be JPG or GIF, hand drawing or computer drawing.

3. A Clothing Specification / Working Sheet (same format as the apparel drawings) must be attached with scanned samples of fabric & material.

4. Also attach an article of design inspiring thought (DOC) of your works with no less than 500words.

5. The works must be original and never be published. One person can only contribute once. Copy works and the works contributed more than once are regarded as invalid manuscript. We reserved the rights to cancel the contestant’s qualification if above found.

6. The copyright of all contributions is owned by the contest committee. The committee has the right to promote, publish, make and display all contributions.

2,、報(bào)名方法：登陸虎門太平網(wǎng)（）、虎門服裝網(wǎng)（）,、富民時裝網(wǎng)（）,、廣東服裝行業(yè)流通信息平臺（),下載并填妥相關(guān)表格后,連同參賽稿件,、個人照片,、身份證掃描件的電子版（缺一不可）打包發(fā)至：虎門太平網(wǎng)郵箱（）,，并在郵件標(biāo)題注明“設(shè)計(jì)大賽稿件ＸＸＸ（ＸＸＸ為參賽選手姓名）”。截稿時間以郵件的發(fā)送時間為準(zhǔn),。

金獎1名：10000元人民幣,、獎杯、獲獎證書,。

銀獎2名：8000元人民幣,、獎杯、獲獎證書,。

最佳創(chuàng)意獎1名：3000元人民幣,、獎杯、獲獎證書,。

V. ENCORAGEMENT

六、評獎辦法

初賽評審時間：2012年9月下旬

初賽：組成評審小組,，評審出得分最高的前30份作品將進(jìn)入大賽決賽,，進(jìn)入決賽作品將掛在網(wǎng)上接受投票。

決賽投票時間：2012年10月1日至2012年10月31日

決賽：進(jìn)入決賽的作品將由專業(yè)評審團(tuán)及網(wǎng)友共同評分（其中,，評審團(tuán)評分占最終得分的60%,，網(wǎng)友評分占40%）算出最終得分，評出金,、銀,、銅獎得主。

最佳創(chuàng)意獎：在入圍的作品中,，針對本獎項(xiàng)由專業(yè)評審團(tuán)評分,，得分最高的作品獲得本次大賽的最佳創(chuàng)意獎,。

企業(yè)家推薦獎：在入圍的作品中，針對本獎項(xiàng)由虎門服裝企業(yè)代表評審團(tuán)評分,，得分最高的作品獲得本次大賽的企業(yè)家推薦獎,。

網(wǎng)絡(luò)人氣大獎：在進(jìn)入決賽的作品中，針對本獎項(xiàng)由網(wǎng)友評分,，投票數(shù)最高的作品獲得本次大賽的最具人氣大獎,。

幸運(yùn)網(wǎng)友大獎：評出獲獎作品后，由系統(tǒng)隨機(jī)抽取20名參與投票的網(wǎng)友,，獲得“幸運(yùn)網(wǎng)友”大獎,。

得獎名單公布時間：2012年11月中旬公布結(jié)果、頒獎

VI. SELECTION

Preliminary Time: Late in September, 2012

Preliminary: To form a judge group, the group will evaluate all contributions based on the rules and selected the best 30 works for the final. These 30 works will be made public on the website for voting.

The voting time for the final: October 1 to 31, 2012.

The 30 works of the final will be scored by professional judge group and web voters (The professional judge group score 60%, the web voters score 40%) and comes out the Gold, Silver and Bronze Prize winner.

The Creation Award: The professional judge group will score 30 final works based on design creation and the highest scorer will win this prize.

Entrepreneur Recommend Award: The judge group will be composed by the representatives of Humen clothing enterprises and score 30 final works and the highest scorer will win this prize.

Web Popularity Award: The works of the final 30 which get the highest web voting will win this prize.

Lucky Web Voters: After prizes winner come out, 20 lucky voters will be drawn by random by the system

The publication time of winners list: result to be announced and rewarded in the mid November, 2012.
